How does it work?
With our SellerAssist Plan, we are right here ready to help you along through the process starting with making sure your home is priced correctly. Our experience will insure that your interest is protected all the way to closing. You advertise your home if needed and show your home to buyers that you find. Your savings comes from the things that we are not doing. After all, why pay for a service you don't need?
Because The SellerAssist fee does not include buyer agent compensation you can also benefit from selling to a buyer that you find without having to pay more. You only have to pay an additional 1% if the buyer comes from an eComm Realty or outside buyer's agent.

If you need the additional exposure of the MLS we will be happy to upgrade your package to a Full-Service Listing. Our full service plan starts at just 4.5% giving you all the services you need while still saving you money!
